Recyclability performance grade per PPWR Article 6 and Annex II: design-for-recycling assessment per unit in weight — Grade A (≥ 95 %), Grade B (≥ 80 %), Grade C (≥ 70 %); below 70 % the packaging is considered technically non-recyclable. Grade C is the minimum to be placed on the EU market from 2030; from 2038 only Grades A and B may be placed. The detailed Annex II methodology is operator-side; the grade is the regulatory output.
