Links a DPP event to the Digital Product Passport whose content, state, or accessibility is affected by the event. This property captures information-level changes and is not intended to represent physical or operational events on the product. DPP is modelled in the EU DPP CO P_DPP module. DPPEvent is modelled in the EU DPP CO EVENT module.
