European Track Location

Represents a location label / human readable context submitted by the data provider indicating the location associated with a rail asset or event. The European Track Location is the place where the event occurs (gs1:Place), not the EPCIS readPoint property. Note: The European Location Label is very often composed of either UIC country code + line number + kilometer or station code plus + track number
